- Slice of Basa fillet
- 4 tble sp Unrefined coconut oil or Olive oil
- ½ lemon
- Fresh dill
- 3 tble sp Gluten free flour
- Sea salt or Pink Himalayan salt to taste
Heat oil in a frying pan.
On medium heat, fry the Basa fillet turning both sides for about five minutes.
Sprinkle lemon juice and salt on both sides.
Then Scatter gluten free flour on both sides of the fish and make sure the fish is wrapped well with the flour.
Let it fry for further 10 minutes, until the fish looks golden brown.
Turn off heat and Sprinkle more lemon juice.
Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately with Green beans (see next Green Beans recipe).
(You will find the fish has a slightly crispy feel and golden brown as it has been wrapped with gluten free flour. Alternately, wrap the fish with all- purpose white or wholemeal wheat flour for the same result)
