Salmon with Yellow Peppers


Dairy & Gluten free Salmon with Yellow Peppers













  • 1 Slice of Salmon
  • 2 Yellow Peppers
  • 1/2 Onion
  • Unrefined Coconut oil
  • 2 tble Sp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Sea salt or Pink Himalayan salt to taste

Heat the oil & add the salmon along with onions, sliced yellow pepper

Let it cook while turning each side and keep stirring the onions and yellow pepper

Squeeze lemon juice onto the salmon and sprinkle with salt, turn both sides and let it cook for about 13 minutes

Turn off heat and drizzle white wine vinegar over salmon and yellow peppers

Serve with your favourite salad.

(Use White Vinegar if you don’t have White Wine Vinegar)
